# The DeFAI Flywheel

This architecture creates an economic flywheel, unprecedented in traditional DeFi or AI infrastructure:

1\. AI services produce income.

2\. Income flows into on-chain smart contract vaults.

3\. The vault distributes rewards or reuses capital to support the token economy.

4\. As users/stakers earn meaningful yield, token demand increases.

5\. More AI services and integrations get funded and launched.

6\. Cycle repeats with expanding scale.

Each loop of this flywheel strengthens both the utility and value of the protocol — economically, socially, and technically.
